Mr Mac Morgan who was my sales consultant was excellent. He
was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was not only
superb throughout the purchase but his follow through post sale
was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Mac to any one

Hi Phil,
In the past week, I had my car in for service twice and each
time the customer service was remarkable. I have owned two BMWs,
two Acuras, a Lexus, two Audis, et al, and without question,
my MB experience has been my best. The folks at your dealership
pay attention to the little things. Your dealership gives me
hope that customer service is not dead when all too many other "service-oriented" businesses
leave me feeling otherwise.
One person in particular made the experience very pleasant,
Carol Siracuse-Wilson. From the moment that I walked into the
service department, looking like a lost puppy, she made me feel
welcomed. She exudes a genuineness and a can-do attitude that
are rare today. She was not phased by whatever task she was asked
to handle ... no matter how critical or how trivial.

Jerry Potter was extremely helpful and professional. He was
knowledgable, friendly, very courteous...he was mindful of the
